Join me for a two-hour Pilates masterclass in the beautiful Whitecross Village Hall, Polruan, Cornwall, designed for anyone already attending Pilates classes who would love to better understand the shapes, refine their technique, and develop strength and flexibility with the guidance of expert hands. With just 10 spaces available, this is a wonderful opportunity to focus on your practice, ask questions and build confidence in your movement.
